The Claddagh Ring has been synonymous with Galway since the late 1600’s. The first maker Richard Joyce made the ring to honour the Love Loyalty and Friendship of his betrothed. It is a sentiment that has universal appeal and is appreciated by cultures worldwide.

When worn with the Heart facing inwards in means the wearer’s heart has been taken – when the Heart points outwards it means the wearer’s heart is yet to be won.

Made in Dublin by Com Ireland Jewellery Company. It is made from 9 Carat (.375) Gold and has been Hallmarked by the Dublin Castle Assay Office.

The Heart measures 9 mm from top to bottom – weight is 2.7 grammes.
