The Claddagh Ring has been synonymous with Galway since the late 1600’s. The first maker Richard Joyce made the ring to honour the Love, Loyalty and Friendship of his betrothed. It is a sentiment that has universal appeal and is appreciated by cultures worldwide.
The Shannon Claddagh has been made by Fado Jewelelrs in Co Wicklow and finished to an exacting standard. It is made from Sterling Silver and has been Hallmarked by the Dublin Castle Assay Office. The Silver has also been Rhodium Finished for easy maintenance and to give it that extra shine.
